Losing 100+ pounds – Weekly Update – Nov 10, 2009

My jeans are looser…my jeans are looser… (can you see me doing a little dance?) 

Okay reality check – this week I did not do my normal daily movement (aka exercise) – mostly because last Wednesday I moved a bone out of place and spent a few days with intense shoulder pain coupled with a few days of being sick. Not a great way to start out. 

BUT…this brings up something I need to work on.

It’s common for me to do to exercise in bursts and then injure myself.  I’ll play soccer with the kids and twist my hip, or run around with the kids and then hurt something. So consistency and gradually increase strength & flexibility is something that I have to work on.

But I did do good on my food intake – mostly because we didn’t have any of the bad stuff in the house :)
