		<description>Glad to hear you have the Craving Secrets ebook. There are so many things in there that make you really think.  I have total faith you&#039;ll kick the soda habit and soon. You are making so many positive changes in your life, this is just another one to mark off the list when you&#039;re ready.

And I know what you mean by consistency when it comes to struggles.  There are many times I am so deep into work online that I just don&#039;t want to go exercise but if I don&#039;t then I feel miserable. So there are times I have to talk myself into it.

Great question for me...I&#039;ll have my answer posted on my blog tomorrow morning!</description>
