		<description>I&#039;m doing good on water intake and exercise (well, not for the last month but I&#039;m getting back to it after dental issues).  But portions have gotten out of control for me once again and the scale shows. So I have been trying to be more cautious with that and choosing better foods too.

Used to always eat fast food but cut down drastically over the last 4 years.  It&#039;s hard to take the smell of those McDonalds fries, grease city yuck!  Much rather have baked sweet potato fries oh yea!</description>
