I am a chef, certified personal trainer and a mom. I have discovered that the mindset regarding eating is the most important thing, not necessarily the diet methods that don't fit you. I discovered this when trying to get my toddler to eat and wrote a book about it - Diet Secrets of A Toddler, By Laura Andolini. It is on my website if you are interested. www.cooking-for-fitness.com , or amazon.com. I hope you enjoy it!

Shannon,
I wasn't able to finish the Fat Loss Quickie workout either. And it wasn't that I couldn't do it but I prefer not to workout in my home office and don't have a way to take it downstairs because the video doesn't fit fully on my mini laptop. So needless to say, I didn't finish that either but it's a really great workout program and I hope to do it another time.

I agree with the 30 day time frame, it is a bit too much especially for those of us who really struggle and for me, I have to change things up OFTEN or I don't stay interested.

Looking forward to planning out my challenge. I think I'll stick to 7-10 days. Not sure yet.

Cannot wait to answer your question tomorrow! Rebounding is awesome.

This cross blog convo has been such a blast. I hope we can do this again in a few months.
