Losing 100+ pounds – Weekly Update – Week 6
Well.. six weeks in and I totally blew it! Gained 2 pounds this week, so net total loss is back to 5 pounds.
Not much I can say except
- I didn’t have any focused goals for the week.
- I didn’t barely exercise.
- I made some poor food choices in the evenings, and
- I totally blew off planning and following a plan this week both for food and exercise.
And it showed.
So, I’m drawing a line in the sand and starting over again. New week, new day, new start.
My goal for the week is to get back to tracking my exercise and beginning my Healthy Choices Christmas Challenge on Friday. (Want to join me?)

At least you’re not making excuses and you’re getting right back on the wagon! I applaud you for that. I’m telling you this lifestyle change stuff is a big challenge but I know we can do it. We must make it happen!
I’m in as far the challenge goes but I won’t be around to comment. I’ll be in Jamaica, darn LOL BUT our goal in Jamaica is to keep very active (spin classes, tennis, snorkeling, swimming, etc.) and not focus so much on the food. I’ll try my best to watch portions but I will enjoy my vacation.
