		<description>I don&#039;t think the struggles will ever end but we can overcome all of this.  I think I would agree about not dealing with the scale.  Keep going with the exercise and healthy eating. Take pictures, even if just for yourself so you can see the transformation.  I still look at pictures when I weighed my heaviest and current pics and can&#039;t believe it.  Still have a long way to go but pictures don&#039;t lie, scales do LOL
