Some Simple At-Home Exercises with an Exercise Ball
Over on ClickNewz.com, home office fitness guru, Scott Tousignant is sharing his great tips for staying (or getting) fit while working from home. And today, he shared a great video on some really simple exercises you can do with an exercise ball while just sitting around working.
(Well…some of these I did this weekend while watching a movie…so, exercises you can do while just hanging out with your family
)
I actually pulled out my exercise ball after watching the Day 1 video of Scott’s 30 Day challenge a few months back, and my kids are thrilled (think giant bouncing ball!). But so is my back. I’ve been using it every day, morning and most nights to stretch and do some modified core execises. What a difference!
Anyway, I’m sure I’ll come back to this subject later, but for now, if you are looking for some really simple ways to incorporate movement and exercise into your life, go check out Scott’s video. I do all of these exercises, and believe me – if I can do them – so can you!
