Too Busy For Exercise? Here’s a Quick Tip (Video)
One of my biggest obstacles to this weight loss journey has been fitting exercise into my already very busy day. As a work-at-home, homeschooling mom to 4 kids, who have full schedules of their own, many times there’s more things to do than there is time in the day. So I’ve really been thinking through this and getting creative with how I’m using my time – so that I can make time for exercise. Like making blog post videos while on a walk
